"Any dealings I’ve had with Station 12 in Holiday have always been outstanding. I do wish Pasco County would add additional personnel to alleviate your heavy work load. I remember when #12 was a very small station; the size of a double garage. Now look at the building! Thank you Pasco Fire & Rescue #12 for all you do."
"Helped my husband a few times after he fell. Very nice, perfessional. I'm very grateful for your services. He had to go to the hospital and I ask that he be taken to Mease Hospital where all our Dr's. were. They did. Can't say thank you enough."
"They came quickly for my 98 year old dad but that is the only positive thing I can say about them. They got my dad up off the floor and checked his vitals. Said they would be transporting him to Trinity ER in Palm Harbor since it had the shortest wait time. I told them he needed to go to North Bay since his primary is out of there and is familiar with all of his medical conditions. I explained that my dad was very ill and had dementia. We were just at his doctor Monday. They said he was just fine and they're only taking him there to get an x-ray to make sure nothing is broken. He's fine, no need for hospital admission! Well, not only is my dad how far away from me but he was diagnosed with double pneumonia! So you call for help and they come and tell you what you can and can't do? VERY DISAPPOINTED"
