My consultant Michelle was one of the kindest and most welcoming people I have had the honor to meet. She was so patient and understanding and ever so sweet! "I honestly didn't know what to expect since this was my first wedding dress shopping experience, but it greatly exceeded my expectations! I choose the standard bridal appointment option and had a wonderful experience. Julia was a phenomenal bridal stylist who immediately picked out all the dresses I was interested in and also suggested a few that greatly complemented my style! She was patient, supportive and very helpful. Julia and her manager Amber also were extremely accommodating and kind. I also loved the experience of having my own private room to think, and then sharing each dress with my family in a public space while also getting to share in the excitement of all the other brides around! I ultimately did not get my dress here but had to leave a review because my experience was so positive. Thank you again Julia and Amber!"

"Well I was very surprised to find out that I was going with my newly engaged step-daughter. I'm from Sydney, Australia and I used to watch the show a long time ago. Our experience was wonderful, the place is very big. The stylist was attentive, she understood and offered dresses that my daughter wanted to try. "I had an amazing experience finding my dream dress at Kleinfeld… from the moment you walk in you are left in absolute awe from just how beautiful the place is and there’s such a wonderful energy and excitement inside. I was lucky enough to have Krissy who made the dress shopping experience unforgettable from the start. As someone who is very picky but had a pretty concrete idea of what I wanted - she took all my ideas and vision and understood the vibe I was going for right away. The dress I picked was #6 or #7 I believe and I had an instant feeling when she started to clip it. I was also surprised because it had far more detail than I’d usually go for but it overall stuck to my main vision- and when she added the veil I knew. Because of her and what she pulled I felt so beautiful on my wedding day. The dress shipped a month early and I had it in hand 2 months prior to the wedding. I also have to shout out my seamstress Maria who dealt with me and all my picky asks- I did have to return 4x for fittings when it’s typically 3 but the dress just had a lot going on and I asked for a ton of tweaks to my bustle and the sides. The manager Tina was AMAZING in assisting and making sure this all happened the right way and even though it took longer than anticipated it ended up being worth it and they ensured I didn’t walk away unhappy. My dress was ready two weeks out from wedding day. Overall the experience from shopping to the fittings was very positive and unforgettable and if you want a very traditional and exciting bridal experience I recommend coming here- ask for the names mentioned above!!! Tips- come with a style and designer you like so you have a good starting point and don’t feel pressured or rushed and stay true to your gut. If you cry in it get it! Don’t over shop, don’t overthink. "
