"I cannot express my gratitude enough, in words, towards Dustin. He was dispatched by the rental car company because the car decided it didn't want to work anymore. I had the fobs but they would not unlock the car (and no, the batteries, in both, were not dead, in fact they were brand new). He got the car opened and it wouldn't start. He checked to see if the car battery was dead, but it was not. The car just wouldn't do anything. He went above and beyond to try to get it started, but a tow truck had already been called. Dustin had to leave to assist another customer, but then contacted me, saying he was close by and wanted to try one more thing. He came back, disconnected the battery, reconnected it, and amazingly it worked. I was able to drive it out of the parking lot just before dark to get an exchange. Dustin did not have to come back and try other options. He truly was the best part of my already horrible day. I appreciate him and his concern for his customers.
