Since our founding in 1990 as the Education Foundation of Collier County, we have been dedicated to serving as a catalyst for educational success by investing in the futures of both students and educators in our community.

At Champions For Learning, we recognize the significant challenges faced by educators in Collier County, where nearly 64% of public school students are considered economically needy, and 89% of students in our programs come from households living at or below the poverty level. These poverty-related challenges can hinder a student's ability to learn and succeed in school.

To address this pressing issue, we have developed a comprehensive range of programs designed to combat the crisis of educational disparity and prevent the cycle of poverty. Our mission is driven by the belief that the recruitment and retention of dedicated teachers are essential to achieving educational success.
