"Doug is only happy if you know how to do his job. He refused to tape boxes or print labels. Said I have to go to Office Depot to print and get tape. Pretty much said go to fedex because everytime I go to fedex they take care of me. Thought I’d give the federal government a chance for once. Guess I thought wrong. Have a nice day Doug!"

"My package was forwarded back to the post office twice. I showed employee, Angela, my tracking number. All she said was that it was a scam because it’s through text, and she didn’t listen to me when I explained that I opted in for text and email delivery updates. She was very rude, and hard to deal with. But, I was correct and they were holding my package; it was not a scam. Sad that these people don’t care about their job, nor for other people."

"They have stopped delivering my mail two times when there was “too much” mail in the box. I get delivery notices, couldn’t have been more than a few pieces. But that is completely separate from why / what happened yesterday. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review. Yesterday, I called because my Etsy delivery thru “royal mail” could not be delivered to my house. I realized it was actually done through USPS. I called to ensure it was still at the office- the lady was rude but let me know I had until 4:30 to pick up the mail. I got there at 4:28 and the man locked the door as I walked up to it. Proceeded to say nothing and avoid eye contact with me. I would hate to keep someone there longer but I told them I would be there a few minutes before 4:30 and for them to lock the door as I run inside, was just rude."

"Was made extremely uncomfortable today by whoever answers their phones. Anna I believe was her name. I run a business and I was told if I complain about them that it goes to her anyways and she's not going to do anything about my complaint or call me back. That location needs some re-training in Customer service to be more compassionate and understanding to the local community who's patronage supports their paychecks."

"This post office stopped my mail for not picking up mail for a week stating mailbox was crowded and put a vacant note in my mailbox. I was on vacation for a week and a half. I went to the post office and the bald guy was extremely rude and disrespectful and threatened to stop service if it happened again. Then proceeded to hand me 5 items that mad my mailbox so overcrowded all mostly cupons. I absolutely have never dealt with such an awful unpleasant person."
