"When I call them yesterday telling them that my water heater was working,but no hot water. And I told them that have 4 out lit in kitchen,guy phone told me going coast me $90.00 dollars to fix it. Plus call HOME DEPOT for info on Electric they give me there number So they come out checked the out let found that I was getting power to Water Heatet and looked that some bugs got in it killed it,they fix the out let then at first told me over the phone and going coast $300.00 dollars told the lady on the phone they told me was going cost me only $90.00 dollars. Talk to lady on phone talk them down to $250.00 dollars"

"I spoke with Danny, who told me it was $129 to go check out the problem on my water heater and after going and checking and telling me it’s not an electrical problem because it was getting the right voltage that it’s the water heater I needed to get replaced which they don’t do….. then he wanted to charge $190 with no further explanation! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!"

"We had a good experience with Volts. The technicians arrived right on time. There was a slight glitch within their communication on what needed to be done, but it was all resolved within 10 minutes. It was a tough project and one of the technicians was here for over 10 hours, the other in and out. Both technicians were pleasant and friendly, which is appreciated. The job itself was scheduled in less that a week from our call and the pricing was fair. I was concerned the price may go up because of the difficulty and long hours, but they stuck to their estimate, and again, all is appreciated! We are happy to be up to code. Thank you all!"

".i had volt come out Tuesday and paid them and the problem was not fixes and again it is a breaker box issue. i have called 3 times today and left messages and have not had a call back. Have they gone out out of business? i tried to give them a chance to fix my problem but I cannot wait any longer. i will be taking action. Two days and no fix or returned call. BAD BAD BAD business.
