Welcome to the Fort Myers Flying Club, the premier destination for aviation enthusiasts in Southwest Florida! Established in 1959 as the "Cub Club" at Page Field (KFMY), we proudly stand as the oldest flying club in the region. Located at 605 Danley Drive, Fort Myers, Florida, we are a non-profit, non-equity club managed by dedicated volunteer officers and a board of directors.
Our club offers access to two beautifully maintained aircraft—a Cessna 172 and a Diamond DA40—both hangared at KFMY. We are committed to fostering a vibrant aviation community, and our monthly membership meetings are a testament to this commitment. Held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Seminar Room (2nd Floor) at Base Ops, Page Field (5200 Captain Channing Page Drive, Fort Myers), these gatherings feature engaging speakers, safety briefings, and invaluable networking opportunities.
For those interested in the club's governance, Board of Directors/Officers meetings occur on the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m., also in the Base Ops Seminar Room (2nd Floor).
At Fort Myers Flying Club, we encourage our members to expand their aviation skills and pursue additional ratings. With a roster of exceptional Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs) authorized to instruct in our club aircraft, we are here to help you achieve your flying goals.
