"Used to love this place. Not really sure what happened? But the last 3 times I've gone.It's been closed during normal business hours. Got there at seven thirty tonight on a friday and again closed. The mall was actually packed with people, So what the heck! Guess i'm done..."
"They had a pipe burst leak so they relocated within the mall by the food court. It's a mere suggestion of their normal sized store as far as the merchandise. It's lacking quite a bit. Can't wait until their old store reopens with the mountain yogurt shop inside. This downsizing isn't cutting it."
"I like that there aren't a lot of fake stuck-up people here, unlike Barnes and Noble. The selection is a bit limited, though, so if you aren't looking for something new, you'll possibly have to order it from their site. They also have a frozen yogurt bar inside, which is awesome to have in such a hot climate."

"This place is one of my favorite stores! I love how you can enter without having to walk around the mall. Looking for a gift? You're bound to find something really cool here! They of course have a really wide and interesting selection of books, but also crystals, candy, clothes, toys, magnets, candles, soaps, etc etc it just keeps going! The yogurt shop right inside really kicks it up a notch."
