"Not only am I an employee I am also a patient. When I fell ill the staff at AFC provided the most outstanding care. From beginning to end they kept me informed on the entire process. Sam was AMAZING and helped me register because my phone would not allow me to do so, Greg and Jaslyn were very proficient during the x-ray process and Melissa (the provider) was very educational in telling me how to treat my illness and the benefits of doing it the way she suggests.
