"Beware before signing up a monthly plan ! The quality of service received is great and I am thankful to the doctors in the Apex clinic. I visited the clinic for a single visit of $29, after the treatment, they suggested to continue for few more visits by choosing a plan $79 a month. I assumed that I can cancel it after a month as I was feeling better with the first visit. They gave me a tablet and asked me to submit few forms online. Thinking in general that I can cancel after a month, I signed all forms and submitted. After couple of visits I requested to cancel the plan as I do not need the services. They denied my request saying that you have signed the agreement for 2 months. I guess I did not use my allowed visits in the first month, and all visits in the second month. Paid them without any service received. After 2 months, I called and requested to cancel the plan as now my card is charged for 2 months. I got the answer that I cannot cancel the plan on a phone call. I was told that I have to visit in person and sign the forms to cancel the plan. Assume your situation if you are out of town or out of country or moved out permanently ? At last I went to the Apex center and requested to cancel my plan, the front office person canceled it without asking me to sign on any paper or online. I am surprised for calling me in person for what they could have done on the same phone call. Not a positive experience with the process and failing to explain me that the plan goes for a minimum 2 months."

"I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors who work in Apex and Holly Springs. I do have issue with the management and how these practices are run. Matt was a chiropractor for over 5 years with this group, had a very loyal following and was an amazing doctor. To not have this management group let everyone know he had left was just plain wrong. It put the other doctors in a terrible position to have to do managements clean up. Shame on you. Matt should have been respected enough to have you email all patients that he had decided to go back up North to be with family and settle down in a practice that we would eventually own. Matt eluded over the past couple of weeks who might be a good replacement for him should he be away on vacation. Kiddos to him. He was loved and what he brought to these offices will never be replaced. I have already seen a significant drop off of the number of people in the office when I visit. It used to be standing room only. I am very happy with the doctor I am seeing; Dr. Carter and I have seen Dr. Devon. Hopefully they will remain. I as a patient for 5 years and have seen a revolving door of doctors come and go. It is a lack of caring for the patients on a whole other level but just assuming we will see whomever. Wrong assumption."

"Ok I have been visiting The Joint awhile now at various locations. The last few I've been to none of the doctors fully seemed confident so I lacked trust in them. They also did not help me much (minus one I came across in Durham). I was in the area decided to try the Apex location. So glad I did. I highly recommend Doctor Carter if you go in. He rotates between this one and Holly Springs. He was confident and pin pointed my areas and helped me tremendously! Happy to find my Joint doc in the area I'll be visiting."
