Reviews
"Everyone was very professional and helpful. DR. Kelly was very professional and took the time to explain what to expect from the upcoming surgery."
"I cannot give zero stars because they require one-the least impressive medical experience I have ever had. I went to them with an injured knee-cannot see the only doctor at the practice have to settle for a nurse practitioner. The front office was less than professional and when I did get in to see the NP they took X-rays (which would not show anything regarding my injury) and proceeded to tell me I had arthritis (well duh-I knew that already). the NP would not listen to what I was trying to tell her and did not even manually check the knee-almost as if she was afraid I was contagious. She wanted to give me a steroid shot and see me again in 6 weeks-total disregard of what I was trying to tell them. Maybe care would have been better if they were not ready to shut down for lunch. I really wanted to support local and wanted to get adequate care-but could not be more disappointed. Do NOT RECOMMEND"
"The CRNP I saw was excellent. She spent time with me, talked with me, and I feel her advice and assessment were in my best interest. I would give her 5 stars. But the front office? I would give them, or at least one of them, zero stars. Thats why i put a 3, to give credit to the actual doctor and to the nurses I encountered. I have never in my life left an office without having my ID and insurance card returned to me. I was in that office for TWO HOURS, as I had to wait 45 min to be called back for my appt. And at no point, that woman couldnt have come and returned them to me? Or when I stopped before I left? By that point,I had forgotten that they hadnt been returned. So my bad as well. But when it was realized that they still had my stuff WHY didn't I get a courtesy call?? Why wouldnt they call to say hey, theyre here? So then I realized that they were there and I called, they said yes here they are. I go to pick them up, the door is open, no lights on, no sign indictating where anyone is or what to do, so i had to go back again, and mind you I live several miles out of town. And finally, I just want to say how immensely inappropriate it is to have 4 huge animal heads on the wall in there. I kept waiting for them to talk like at Disney. I took a picture and sent to several people I know who work in other medical offices or hospitals and everyone agreed it was totally inappropriate. I would totally see the NP again but I wouldnt want to go to this office. I know this is an area where hunting is popular, but put that in your personal office. Your public office is not the place for your stuffed menagerie."
"I fell and broke my ankle in three places in Dec. 2016. Dr. Kelly had to put a metal plate in the left side of my ankle and a pin and screw in the other side. Six months later I am hiking on lava fields and up mountain trails with no pain. I didn't even have to have physical therapy. He did a great job and I am very grateful."
