They exceeded my expectations! Val was absolutely fantastic and had the patience of a saint. I didn’t fully know what I was wanting going into my appointment, but once she started seeing my likes and dislikes, Val started pulling dresses for me to try. She truly knocked it out of the park and now I’m even more excited for my big day!"

"Being an overweight person I was nervous walking into this store because I feared that there would not be a dress that would fit me in any of the plus sizes. Little did I know that I would have a once in a lifetime moment where I felt like I was Cinderella. I knew the moment I put on the dress and looked in the mirror that was the one. I felt beautiful and comfortable in it and the amazing service by Heather helping me find the perfect dress she didn’t give up in helping me and she helped me find the most beautiful perfect wedding dress and I am eternally grateful that the store agreed to hold onto it for one more day until I come up with payment. "Update post-alterations and wedding: Still so happy with my decision to work with Lily's Bridal Outlet. Hilary handled my alterations and did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anyone. I stopped by Lily’s Bridal Outlet on Saturday to look at wedding dresses. I wasn’t intending to buy, I just wanted to try on some different styles and get a better idea of my options. I am plus size, so dress shopping hasn’t been the most fun experience. I worked with Tiffany, who started by asking me some questions about what I was looking for, and then she helped me pick out dresses that fit the bill. She was very professional, and helped me with every step of the process. It was a stark contrast to a big-name bridal store I’d been to the week before, where the associate helping me was also helping another bridal party, so she was moving back and forth between us, and all of the dresses I tried on were dresses I picked off the website. The experience I had at Lily’s was more consultative and personalized, and Tiffany was very knowledgeable about the dresses, how they were made, and how they could be altered. I ended up finding a dress I could not live without and I took it home with me. I really didn’t expect to find a dress I would be so happy with. Every dress I’d tried on before I was trying to picture myself a little thinner, or with good shapewear to smooth everything out. The dress I selected made me feel beautiful just the way I am, and I can’t wait to wear it. The only downside to an outlet is that you are buying off the rack, so there is no opportunity to order. You buy it or you risk someone else buying it, although they do have a lay away program if you need some time. I would highly recommend Lily’s Bridal Outlet. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and am happy to cross one of the most important items off my wedding to do list."

I had been to another higher end boutique and to David's bridal and Lily's outlet had boutique service and selection at David's prices. My stylist Val hit it out of the park understanding my vision and and had my top two dresses picked out right away. She took her time and gave great direction and advice on accessories and alterations without any pressure. I would highly recommend Lily's bridal outlet!"

"I said yes to the dress! The sales lady did an awesome job picking out dresses in the general concept of what I was looking. Of course I left with my woodland fairy dress that I feel in love with. The prices are also extremely reasonable and it was the best decision to go here. I highly recommend!"
