"Security should make it less obvious when they are profiling and following someone. Went shopping there this past Friday. Security pretty much followed me around the whole time I was there. I wasnt wearing attire that would give thief, I wore attire that would make it very hard to conceal anything (a tank top and joggers). I pay for my stuff and most of it was bagged in the reusable bag I purchased. Saw 6 security guards near the escalator (on 2nd floor) as I was leaving the store, so I preemptively pulled out my receipt. Security waited until I got to the door where a guard hopped in front of me and two or 3 other approach me to question whether I paid for and bagged my stuff. It was beyond annoying and embarrassing as followed me the entire time I was at the store. Ive been to the locations in Boston and London and this one was by far the worst experience. I will be contacting headquarters because most of their security guards are idiots who lack basic customer service skills."

"Prepare for minimal customer service. And despite having multiple floors with registers, you’ll wait in a LONG line to purchase anything because they strangely only have registers open on the main floor… not a smooth shopping experience"
