"(Cem's wife here) I got my wedding dress from here and it was gorgeous!! It was light gold and a bit nontraditional, but I loved it! I searched hundreds of dresses, but nothing compared to this one and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the dress. I had my first meeting with Princess Paradise about 4 months before I needed the dress and we definitely used all of that time for my custom order. There were a few hiccups with translation, measurements, and pricing, but at the end of the day I got the dress of my dreams and it was a relatively easy process. My maid of honor speaks fluent Spanish, which was very useful when communicating about the dress. Start early (at least 4mo for custom orders) and you will receive an amazing, top quality dress for half the price of other retail vendors in Chicago. "I was looking at dresses in the shop last week. All of the sudden I saw an employee put their hands on a minor. The quinceanera fell on top of things. The girl was mad because they didnt have her dress clean and ready in months. The adults that were with the quinceanera grabbed the employee and after a while the Male owner came out. He didn't do a thing to help the situation. After witnessing such a terrible thing we would never order from there."

"0 stars. Horrible experience, very pleasant when purchasing the dress, however the delivery was a nightmare! Dress wasn't ready until 1 week prior to party. then we go pick it up and it's still in the package and needs to be pressed, go later in the day to pick it up and the bottom of dress is still VERY wrinkled. The worst part was that we rented the tulle slip and it stunk like spoiled fish! we called to notify them and get and exchange but they assured me that it is normal to smell that way, NORMAL?! for who?! DON'T buy here, it'll add unnecessary stress to an already stressful time."
