"I reached out to Ten Med Spa to find out more about this coldsculpting. This is considered a medical service and legally prices should be posted online. The start of our interaction was typical, but it took days to receive a response. I have learned to look companies up on glassdoor to get a better overall feel of a company i may potentially be working with, and it was quite telling. I have reached out to a few other business offering similar procedures and chose a company in Loveland where I received great customer service and responses in appropriate and timely manner. I am happy to give my money to someone that cares about my business."

"This was my first salon experience at TEN Salon & Spa, and I would highly recommend their salon services to anyone! "I love ALMOST everything about this place. Every time I’ve been I’ve had great service and I like the people a lot. McKenzie was my go to for a long time and I’m so sad she’s gone! And my skin has seen a huge improvement since I’ve begun going here. I’ve done a Microderm series, chemical peel and several facials. My one big complaint is the scheduling. I think I’ve been rescheduled for every appointment I’ve had since December usually because whoever was supposed to do it quit. It’s hard for me to trust a business when I’m not even sure my appointments will stand. If customers are expected to make their appointments, the business should as well. We were supposed to have our hair done here (which would have been our first time on the salon side) for my brother’s wedding and they tried to reschedule us for that afternoon which forced us to try and find another salon just a few weeks out available on a Saturday morning. I would really like to keep coming here but I feel like they need to be more dependable in the future. They also maybe lost my file? My last appointment the receptionist had me refill out all of my information and said “since it’s the first time you’ve been here” when I’ve been a pretty consistent customer for a while. TLDR the services are great but the office side of things could use some work"

I've been welcomed warmly, the stylists listen closely to how I care for my hair and any concerns I may have, make suggestions and recommendations, and we always chat while they cut my hair.
