Located at 9001 106th Avenue North, Seminole, Florida 33777, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is a welcoming place of worship for individuals and families seeking to strengthen their faith and connect with a supportive community. As a Christian church, we are dedicated to helping individuals of all ages grow closer to Jesus Christ through meaningful spiritual experiences.
What to Expect:
Whether you are attending for the first time or are a regular visitor, our services are designed to be enriching and inclusive. Each Sunday, we gather for a two-hour service divided into two parts. The main meeting, known as the sacrament meeting, includes songs, prayers, and sermons delivered by members of the congregation. During this time, we partake in the sacrament to remember the Savior.
Following the sacrament meeting, we offer a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and interests. These classes provide an opportunity for further learning and discussion based on scripture.
First-Time Visitors:
We understand that trying something new can be daunting, but rest assured, you are not alone. Many of our members attend services on their own, and if you prefer company, you can arrange for local missionaries to accompany you. You are welcome to participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There is no obligation to engage actively; feel free to simply enjoy the service.
Attire and Community:
Feel comfortable wearing what suits you best. Generally, attendees choose "Sunday best" attire, such as button-down shirts, ties, slacks, skirts, and dresses. Our church is a space to connect with others and become part of a network of individuals who support one another in their spiritual journeys.
Stay Connected:
Join us on social media to keep up with inspiring content, including videos, articles, and daily Bible verses. Discover stories about Christ's life and learn how to develop a closer relationship with Him.

Reviews of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
"Know this: If you become a member of this church, you will NEVER be free of them. They will NEVER stop coming to your home and harassing you. I have signed the forms, written the letters and told them to leave my property for over 30 years. The two that were here Friday told me "that's not their problem" I'm now talking with the Pinellas County Sheriffs office for options to force them to stop. Does this sound like a church to you?"
"Poor from the Mormon church here. One of their long time members who is one of the sweetest and generous old lady I have ever met, who is also disabled, has paid her tithing her whole life and lived as a wholesome being. She needed assistance moving and preparing her house so that she can sell and live her life comfortably. The members of this ward have turned their backs on her in her time of need. Don’t go to this ward unless you want them to take your money and then ignore you in your time of need."
"This is the World's BEST place on Earth if you're looking for a friendly loving environment and church to visit on Sundays. I work a lot but always make time for the Lord Heavenly Father & Jesus Christ. Bishop Quatel has always a good message & Sister Becks beautiful Organ playing bring comfort to me in this tuff & unforgiving World. For a long time I was alone and depressed but find comfort here at this church now for sure. I have a strong testimony of God the father, Jesus Christ, the Holy Ghost & the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints & am truly thankful for all of that & all my many blessings. I would most definitely recommend this place! - Jarrett"
"6 years ago I only added the 5 stars with no words. I still give it 5 stars! Welcoming church lead by inspired volunteers. Traditional services with the option to attend Sunday School and children and youth groups. Family friendly. Non-judgemental. Has wonderful systems in place for leadership, fellowshipping, and for ministering to one another. I've been a member of this church my whole life and have attended many congregations around the US and love that I have an instant group of friends/support system once I find this church. I have been participating in this location since high school only having left for college at BYU then when I got married and we attended the Gulfport branch before coming back to this "home ward." I invite friends all the time. Currently, we're holding hybrid worship services. Come check us out, I love new friends!"
"Located just off Starkey on 109th Ave., just behind the Palms Rehab. Center. The church cannot be easily seen from Starkey Rd. as it is hidden in trees. It is in a large one story building with ample parking on Sundays. Three congregations meet here at different times on Sunday. We attend the 10 o'clock session known as Seminole 1st ward. Folks are extremely warm and friendly, ready to help wherever needed. Sacrament is held every Sunday. There is no paid ministry but tithes are paid privately to the church. Church is very family centered. Church leaders call members to leadership positions for periods of time. They do not have preaching as other churches but they invite different members to give short talks on needed subjects. Visitors are always welcomed warmly and no pressure is ever applied to non-members. Love is welcomed here."
