"Never before have I encountered a company so focused on treating people/Disabled vets like garbage. I am a disabled retired Army vet who is wheelchair bound, decided to trust Home Depot with ordering new cabinets as my entire kitchen floor was rotten and needed replaced. I cannot afford a whole new kitchen, but if you go into Home Depot, they will reassure you why you should NEVER give them your business. After requesting the 4 good cabinets I could afford, I was told I could only order a minimum of 6 at a time. I ended up ordering 4 cheaper cabinets, that somehow ended up the same price. They made sure to send me the kick boards within 5 days, but getting my cabinets was a whole other story. My cabinets arrived in the next City (Conway, Sc) on August 6th, were guaranteed delivered to Marion, Sc by August 13th, then the 14th, and magically changed to the 16th when I called to complain and called them out for lying (Telling me items arrived the same day I called, not the date shown on their own tracking page). I have been without a kitchen for a month now, have no ability/budget to eat out every night, yet can seem to be lied to and given standard political answers every time. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY YOUR MONEY!!! I struggle every day just to function or get by, but this corporate tyrant seems to train their employees on how to treat people like garbage. Sadly, NOT 1 Single rep will contact me to make things right, only telling me that it will deliver my PAID FOR ITEMS, 2 days after the (3rd) guaranteed delivery date. Stupidly I trusted Home Depot over Lowe’s, but atleast Lowe’s will not try to hide the fact that they will not help you and will treat you like trash!! KEEP YOUR MONEY, AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!"

"If I could give this place 0 Stars I would, The Customer Service at this Location is trash. I went here to buy some plumping supplies and when checking out their Customer Checkout machine declined my card and then my friend's card but then charged me and him anyway! We did go to Customer Service on Location and reported the issue and all we were told was "It did not charge, It's your bank's fault have a nice day" It's been a few days now with no returned cash! So Shop here if you want awful Customer Service and to have their machine over charge you with no help! (I am never going back to this Homedepot and will go out of my way to shop at Iowes!)"

"Every employee at this Home Depot is friendly and helpful (special shout out to Melvin, Jen, and Ebony for exceptional customer service on 4/23/24). The employees at the Customer Service Desk also go above and beyond to help my husband and I with exchanges and returns as new do-it-yourselfers who often get into projects that are a bit beyond our skill level."

"Do not let Home Depot install windows and don’t trust them to back their work. We paid $2600 for the new window, wrong window ordered by HD so we had to wait for the correct one so it took months to get it installed. The installers came from Georgia and had no clue what they were doing because the window leaked on the inside and under porch roof. HD sent them back 3 times and all they did was caulk the outside which did not nothing to stop the leak. We just paid someone $1500 to have the window taken out and reinstalled correctly with a guarantee and $500 for inside Sheetrock to be repaired. We will never do business with Florence HD again. Update March 2024. (Last 2 pictures) We had to hire another company to replace what Home Depot installed. It now looks amazing and doesn’t leak. Very expensive lesson."

"Today me and my brother was greeted by Ebony, a Home Depot Associate at store # 8580. She came to our rescue when we were in need of having a key cut. She was nice, polite and very familiar with the process of cutting keys. She gave great custom service."
