"Good massage, and nails look great! Inly complaint would be outdated massage chairs, they work fine but have some wear."

"This was honestly the worst “professional” nails I’ve ever experienced. I don’t even think this guy was licensed. The guy put no primer on my nails. He also put gel all over my nails and the shaping is awful. He got upset when when I asked him to fix my nails. All I was asking him to do was what I was paying for. $45 for a fill in, and my nails looked like they were painted by a child. This place should be shut."

"Mrs. Tina does an awesome job and she is always very nice. She’s very reasonably priced. She did my pedicure. I also come regularly to get my eyebrows/lip waxed and she never disappoints!"

"I’m only putting 1 star cause no star wasn’t an option It was awful when I got there a girl was in tears of pain saying that they hurt her they were the only people open so I gave them a try but never again. They don’t listen and extremely pushy and insult you. Terrible job at shaping nails and left me a mess. Around my nails they left gel on my skin and the electric file they used was burning my skin so bad I felt so much pain and like I wouldn’t have any skin left. I would never recommend this place to anyone for nothing not even if they were the last nail salon in lake city! DON’T EVER GO THERE!!!!"

"Came in for a full set and pedicure and left crying. There’s topcoat cured all over my cuticles and fingers, sloppy toe nail paint job, couldn’t do the design I wanted but wouldn’t say that. I asked for a very simple nail design of a clown face, kept telling him things to try and make it more easy or simple for him like he was struggling with doing a frowny face so I said he could just to a smile instead. So he put a straight line. When I asked him to fix that said the other lady that was in the middle of another job would have to do it, at this point I’ve been there over 3 hours and I knew I wasn’t going to get what I wanted reguardless so I just asked to fix a couple of the other mistakes, I had just started crying at this point because I’ve been there so long and this is my only day off, I just wanted to go somewhere to have a pleasant experience and leave feeling pretty, but I left feeling worse than before, feeling like I was the problem for just expecting the service I payed for, wasted my day off and had to pay $100 for it. Insane. Both of them are rude and will talk about you right in front of you. Very unprofessional. I will never return and will tell everyone who mentions trying y’all out this expirence."
