"There's an auto parts store right across the street from Advance. They are the least helpful staff on earth! At Advance, you are greeted right away by someone who is ready and able to help you fill your needs. Recently, Heather was "at my service". I needed new wiper blades for my truck. She asked if I knew which brand I wanted, no I didn't, asking for her suggestion. We walked to the aisle, she pointed out a familiar brand that was on sale, perfect! Then when she rang me up, there was an additional discount! We both went outside where she popped the new blades on quicker than I could! Very pleased!"
