"I barely come to Home Depot but needed to because lights have been out. There were two girls one with glasses & black hair & the other one had her hair dyed. They both were standing at one of the desks and I get that they answer phone calls but they were real rude. Both of them were just standing there so I went up to them and they both tried ignoring me. All I asked for was if someone could get one of the Ryobi voltage 8 battery which was locked up in front of aisle 16 & 17. Instead the girl with the glasses was rude and acted like she didn’t want to help at all. She told me to wait and I did. I get it I work in retail too so I know how it is when someone is busy but that’s no excuse to be rude. One guy helped even though he was super busy and gave a better service than she did. It’s so simple to give great customer service even when you’re busy. She could’ve said “Yes, let me get someone else to help you.” Instead she had a nonchalant attitude and was so rude. Anyways, the guy who helped me was such a gentleman and respectful. I don’t remember his name but he was truly sweet."

"The reason for one star is because there are never any lumber karts available. Every single time I need a lumber cart I have to scour the parking lot and usually never find one. I don’t see why it’s so hard for them to gather the carts so when I walk in the store there are carts available? Why is it such a problem? I feel like there are only 10 lumber carts for this entire store. It’s so incredibly frustrating wandering around the parking lot looking for the cart I need. Get more carts and get people to go out and gather them."

I could go down a list of things wrong with this store and the laziness of the workers especially managers that let this go on...but I'll let the picture at 4:00 p.m. friday of shopping carts in the parking lot do the talking of just how lazy these workers are and how the managers don't make sure anything's done right..no carts inside two cart workers both on their phone."

"I love this location to shop for all my home hardware goods. The staff is always friendly. The store is always busy but there's never a long wait in line. There's self check out and customer service. A large garden section which is my favorite. Very nice selection of paints and flooring options to upgrade your home. Any and all repair needs. Curbside pickup and delivery is an option just in case you you cannot leave home."
