"I got my nails done here initially on August 1st, I had to go back and get them fixed on August 5th becauae they did not look good, after getting them fixed I left unsatisfied but could no longer waste anytime going back and forth, it's been just about 2 weeks and my nails are peeling and just ultimately look horrible... I also got a toe polish change during my visit and the person I was assigned took just about 5 minutes on it so that hardly lasted me a week. This is just one hand, the fact that some of the nails are so poorly shaped and some of them look deformed and then there was clumps of gel polish on all or most of my tips which was one of the main reason I went to get them fixed. And an FYI I work from home so my nails shouldn't look this bad after just 2 weeks. When I get them done at Kim's Nail salon they last me a whole month. Wasted $100 here to now have to go get these fixed sooner than anticipated."

"Since I had just graduated middle school and it was the start of summer my grandma wanted to treat me to a granddaughter and grandma nail day. All the other places were closed because of Memorial Day so we tried here. Very nice and fancy we got pedicures which were amazing but when we got to normal nail we got different people I was getting my nails done I got dip first of it was the wrong color. I asked her for short nails but she gave me long. She cut me mutilple times and it hurt so bad she saw I was bleeding and didn’t say sorry or say are you ok she proceeded to keep shaving the side of my nail and cut me still. I asked for cow prints on them it looked nice for the first nails but them She got sloppy on the other hand it looked like my two year old brother did it. She then asked me if I wanted glitter i said no and she proceeded to give me glitter. She put the glitter in my cut on purpose she wiped the brush on finger. Which made my cuts (I have 15 now) sting even worse. I didn’t tell my grandma till after we got home as I broke down in tears of pain she was so mad this was a nice thing she wanted to do since I graduated and had a rough week (my great grandpa died and my best friends brother died.) NEVER COMING BACK!"

"New to Port St. Lucie was looking for a nail place came upon this place completely disappointed not only do they overcharge 2% more if you pay Apple Pay, I made an appointment for 2:30pm had a pedicure with a male named Nick. He did an amazing job. Great massage! Unfortunately, he did not know how to do dip so I got switched over with a lady I had asked for a dip with tip and did not get that service completely horrible. She cut me multiple times unfortunately should’ve done my research better! Completely overprice I asked to be accommodated, was told the manager was not available. Never again!! FYI you’ll see toenails all over the floor. Disgusting."
