"Will not be returning to this center, and company. System went down and I waited for 4 hours to finally donate. We weren't offered anything besides to reschedule, and this doesn't do anything for the people who have their donations planned past the current week. Once the system went back up, I was sent to the nurse for a simple cat scratch, that wasn't even addressed by said nurse due to the little to no severity of the scratch. Once I finally finished donating, I was ignored on the chair for nearly 20 minutes while the phlebotemist working section brown sat 2 people and hooked up the 2nd donor before calling for help to come unhook me. Worst experience I've had donating, and refuse to return to biolife after this. Donors beware!"

Answering phones should be just as important as whatever y’all are doing there, we are STILL patients. Other than that, you guys are great, just ANSWER THE PHONE!!!"

"The staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and the nurse that did my physical was very thorough and made sure I understood everything. Very pleased with this location. It is my second facility of yours that I've gone too. This is definitely my favorite and had a great experience! From check in to the physical to the donation flawless!"
