"After my eye exam I was told I needed to see a specialist. Supposedly they sent a fax to that office with a referral. The specialist never got it. I called, and they said they faxed it again. The specialist still never received it. So then they say they will figure it out and call me the next morning. Now it is 3 days later and I haven't heard a word back from them. Not impressed."

"Came in today to get new glasses with better tinting for my eye condition. Was referred to store on 1630 airport Blvd. Upon arrival I was greeted very warmly by entire staff. I then proceeded to talk with James who was very informative and helpful. After picking out my frames James led me over to Ashley who finalized the process for me. Both employees were super polite and made the whole experience so much easier. I will definitely be bringing my business here from now on."

"I had a really nice experience at this location. The last few times I had gone for an eye exam was at Eyeglass World and the Walmart vision center and had bad experiences both times, but America's Best was much better. The front desk associates and the man in charge of the pre-exam were helpful and friendly. Dr. Hassan was great as well, and went over certain topics I had never discussed with previous optometrists so I learned new things. Ashley at the check-out desk was awesome, and even helped me adjust the glasses I bought a few years ago from a different place.
