"We have been purchasing Strongtree at Ward's for years. The quality is fantastic, and it's ethically and sustainably sourced. In light of the pandemic, we've been ordering 5 lb. bags of beans directly from Nora and Chris. The experience has been outstanding. We've received shipments across town in as little as a day, and they always include a sample bag of a different blend. We were hooked on the Guatemala Two Birds blend, but after receiving a sample of the Rwanda Bourbon blend we had to order a bag of it. I also highly recommend the Honduras blend, but really, I don't think you can go wrong here. These two clearly have a taste for the best coffee beans available."

"I've been buying from Chris and Nora for four years. They have the best value anywhere: other top-end names *might* be slightly better in flavor but you will pay twice as much. While other places keep jacking up their prices, I checked some of my first orders for this review and, remarkably, prices at Strongtree have remained at the same price since I started ordering.
