"Awesome , efficient, fast, friendly government office for getting married "at the court house". The entire process midday on a Thursday took about 15 minutes from walking into the building, completing the application, getting the license and having the ceremony conducted by Doreen. Nice outdoor courtyard setting for the "ceremony" (takes about 3 minutes. You can bring rings to exchange if you want. I also had a small bouquet of flowers which was a nice touch for photos). They have some inside rooms but the outside was very inviting so we opted for that. For an additional $10 they will take your photo and print it out on the spot. You get your completed marriage license with the seal right after. As a bonus, the courtyard has some nice areas for photos with different plants and palm trees, the Old Pinellas Courthouse around the corner is a beautiful setting for pictures on the steps and a gorgeous huge old live oak. Down Court St, to the East, we found a building with huge beautiful murals painted on it. Stopped to take some photos there as well. I had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!! A much "nicer" setting than I was anticipation to be honest :)"
