"Typically, I only write positive reviews, and I typically LOVE Starbucks, however… this recent experience was so oddly horrible I had to write a review. The employees were not happy at all, none of them, not friendly, not helpful, just NOT everything. It was so different than any other Starbucks I have been to and I am frequent Starbucks customer….. just a horrible experience and atmosphere, all the customers were in shock at the cluster going on in there. Hope that place gets some positive employees that maybe smile or talk sometime soon. Best of wishes you all."

"They don't know how to make white chocolate mocha. I ordered extra hot the milk is not hot when I get back to them just in 2mins they screaming me Worst service and coffee I personally feel so bad on this behavior from the staff"

"I am in a different state or country every week, and this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Takes FOREVER to get your order - never enough staff. No where to sit, as the store has not 1 single seat inside. But you cannot sit outside because a) no speaker to hear when your drink is ready, and b) the homeless people that hang around. I've called corporate twice to tell them they need a new store manager. The notion that all these negative reviews are listed where people like Starbucks, just not this location, and the store doesn't reply speaks volumes about the manager and regional managers lack of commitment. And by the way, this location does not have the store manager or regional manager's business card to take. I wonder why?"

"This is genuinely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to, and it doesn't make sense because mostly everyone is very nice and it's very clean. It's constantly closed in the mornings, they're frequently behind on orders, and I'm tired of burnt coffee and my order being wrong. The wait is less at Disney. Employees forget to honor sales and it's not like you can go back and get a refund. There's some great staff but the place is a metaphorical mess and needs support."

"This store is a complete disaster including the Management, customer service and cleanliness. The District Manager is not much better. Unless you want to wait on your order for unreasonable amounts of time, and witness pure chaos by an unorganized and ill managed team …. go somewhere else."
