"I never have complaints about my drinks or customer service at this location. However, it is often dirty at the tables and absolutely not a quiet coffee shop to sit and work or read at. Music is always blaring and feels like you are at a rave even at 0730. I have come at several different times of day and music is always ridiculously loud."

"Very rude lady with a nose ring at the window that doesn’t want to take the time to hear why I had to turnaround to return someone else’s order. Was rude when I pulled up initially as well. These establishments in Vero beach have an issue with certain paying customers. I will be calling the manager for as many times as it takes to get through to these people."

"Starbucks, this is located on hwy 1 , vero beach, within a shopping complex which includes Publix the supermarket. This Starbucks has a drive through which looked very busy, the interior has the usual Starbucks interior with lots of branding, there is some seating inside and some outside, I think there could be more seating inside especially when the weather as it is so so hot. You greeted with a smile and given helpful answers to any questions you may have, as Starbucks are known for its the multiple of drinks on offer, hot, cold and in the middle, coffees, teas, latte, and all sorts that I don’t even known but obviously we the customers want, you can have snacks you can’t fail to make the Starbucks moment even more nice, I chose the banana cake slightly warmed, I was in cake heaven. Starbucks Vero beach is nice place to chill, just get more indoor seating"
