"Not even 1 star you deserve as a banking institution. Very poor service management. I went to pick up money through western union that they are affiliated, but because I do not have an account with them I was pushed aside to wait after 6 other people came to do their business. Apparently I needed to have a profile created before I can do a transaction. Ralph the teller is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what he is doing. He asked me for 2 forms of ID’s and his supervisor said no need for. No way I am stepping foot inside Regions bank specially in this branch. You will never gain business and new accounts if you treat people like this. As a matter of fact there was another client of them complaining about their system and service while I was there waiting. No wonder you get poor reviews. Waste if time!"
"Ive gone to this bank many times before. The only employee I like in there is Jordan. The teller? Not so much. And yes, just one. I won't name names. Ive gone this morning to drop off a check that was not "paid to the order of" (my manager had called to inform the customer of the situation - all I had to do was drop it off as well as the rest of the deposit) ((now I know how it goes. That line needs to be filled out by the customer and us, as cashiers needs to check if thats filled out. My manager did not check it, had she, I wouldnt be writing a review in the first place)) ANYWAYS, I did not mean to offend anyone or the teller. I apologize on my part if I had sounded rude or disrespectful but this woman, good Lord, the gall of this woman's reaction and face! She looked like she was gonna kill me. Like, wide-eyed, nearly raising her voice, really going for it. Again, I apologize for my rudeness but she did not need to react in such a way. I work for retail, trained by the best of the best. If my manger saw me reacting like that towards a customer, Id be talked to or fired. Then she assumed I was just being rude to be rude; "no disrespect here" she said. And all I said was, "I understand how it goes. I don't need it explained to me many times from other banks." Maybe it was my tone. And I'm sorry. But you, unnamed teller, were worse than me in that moment. I almost want to say the next time I go in there I dont want my business to be served by you...but that would make me look bad wouldn't it? I decided to leave a review for this bank. Its a shame this one has the worst reviews out of all the Regions banks. It is slow, not many tellers, and yes they are rude. But we're only human. Its okay."
"Regions banks vary from location to location. This location is very unfriendly and slow. My normal branch in Clearwater is awesome, but these workers seem to go out of their way to be purposefully rude. It takes 25 minutes here to do what other branches can do in 5 minutes. Then the lady has the gall to tell me that my handwriting is terrible. If this was the first Branch I had gone to you, my money would be in another bank."
