"I have had my money at BofA on 5th Ave S., for the last 20 years in Naples. Today was the last straw, I have over looked so many things, yet today I am voicing my disappointment in the service..... I walk in & there are NO tellers. There is a meeting of four gentleman in the office, while they are all standing and talking. No one greets me, then a lady comes from the office in the back and asks me if I want money. I have a wad of cash in my hand & say I want to give you money, then she tells me to sit down at the teller station & she will be right with me. I wait a few minutes and find myself annoyed at the lack of customer service. I leave & will not be giving my money to BofA any longer. I am done!"
"An absolutely beautiful Bank of America, it's conveniently located just a short walk from the free parking garage. Corporate has done a marvelous job of keeping the branch authentic and genuine to the surrounding buildings and the aesthetic of 5th Ave. The hours are wild, only open from 10 to 4 but they seem to be consistent with the culture of the city. They're not open on Saturday or Sunday either. You know you're doing something right when Starbucks clients are signing your praises."
