"I moved from a big name bank about 3yrs ago because of their views and lack of service. The service at Suncoast has been great anytime I have a need.Recently I took a loan to purchase my vehicle. The service I received from Sherlie Lubin was a very good experience. She was Friendly and knowledgeable and the loan process was quick. Then about 2 weeks later I received a call my title was ready to be transferred over. I was surprised to learn that Ana Aviles was going to meet me at the DMV to make sure all was handled. Ana was also friendly and knowledgeable and made sure it was handled. Good thing she was there bc they tried saying the tax wasn't paid. Well she had all the paperwork to show it had been paid. It is service like this that a lot of places have lost. Thank you again to both of you."
