"Since we joined this branch the customer service doesn’t exist - they rude! Trying to see the manager and we just sitting there and just left!! I plan to take my account away from Chase!!!"

"I brought my company's account to Chase after First Florida was merged with First Foundation Bank, and the new bank was severely lacking in, well, everything. Chase Bank itself is great for my company, and have been easy to work with. This all being said, the Chase Bank branch at Santa Barbra in Naples is horrible. I have received bad information from employees in the branch on numerous occasions, and they repeatedly make it hard to conduct business. The don't seem to want to assist local businesses. Chase Bank (National Operations) and other banks have had no problem servicing my requests, but this branch just doesn't want to help with basic business requests such as additional debit cards, Proof of Deposits, Confirmation of Accounts; things that vendors and manufacturers need to offer credit and open business relationships. This branch simply tries their hardest to NOT help, citing reasons that contradict what Chase Operations later assists with. The ATMs at this branch are repeatedly broken (or simply not working), where other Chase branches' ATMs in Naples area work fine. Again, I’m happy with Chase Bank, but very unhappy with this specific branch."

"Went in last Thursday to open a joint checking account. They were busy and told us we needed to make an appointment. We made an appointment for this morning at 930am. When we arrived for the appointment the banker was already helping someone. She greeted us and told us it would be 30-45 minutes until she would be with us. The banker said she attempted to call my husband's phone to let us know appointment would be late. She attempted to call at 917am which was right about the time we had pulled into the parking lot. Poor customer service, we were told you needed an appointment to open a checking account only to find out our appointment was delayed for a walk in. Will take my business elsewhere., waste of my time."

"The attention of all the employees who attended me was friendly. But denying me a copy of the documents that I sign is disrespectful. I went to open a checking account and apply for credit and was denied copies of the documents I had just signed. This disappointed me a lot and I asked the banker to shred all the documents that were processed up to that moment and I withdrew without finishing the process. What does chase bank want to hide from customers? Are they preparing a bad move with our money?"

"There is a banker named Dennis who is completely unprofessional. He messed up and applied me for a credit card that I never wanted and had chase ran my credit score without me knowing. I am advising people to be extremely careful with Dennis and highly recommended doing business with a different banker."
