"If there was an option for zero stars I would use it. The person we sat with for nearly an hour had no idea what to do, mistyped nearly every answer we gave (to the point she handed us her keyboard to type ourselves), could not answer basic questions and lacked any understanding of financial terms, and in the end told us we had to “start the application over.” So we left and will use another bank. Worst banking experience ever."

Waited for long time to unlock mobile banking was told only banker can help I also just had my account debit card stolen with those skimmer they said could not help me called 800:number seven times to get thru have no idea why it's always weird people answer . Terry said she sent a text but never received it. Water of time at this location the worst. I rather drive out of my way to go to another location"
