"silly that Chase has a company policy of not providing their staff as witnesses for a document that needs notarizing. they expect you to bring in 2 of your own while they have staff standing around that could easily be witnesses. I confirmed with my attorney and he agreed with me . Time to look for a new bank as this bank does nothing for me. poor customer service. No drive up window either. ugh"
"ATMs didn’t work. Employees are rude. I was told something is wrong with my account, & to call the 1-800 number. I drove down the road to the next Chase bank, was helped by a very nice lady & withdrew the money I needed."
