"Terrible location. Often closes early. Tuesday Morning female manager is a nightmare. I have had no problems depositing cash into my father’s account for months now. Never given a problem here or any other bank. I’m 8 months pregnant and was told today I couldn’t do it without a check or money order- it’s depositing CASH. Into an account. Not taking it out. Apparently all the other times the employees had the common sense to just override that dumb rule and deposit the cash for me. Even with my father on the phone this incompetent “manager” refused to do it. Told me it had been “overrided” every other time- which was never explained to me even once, so either train your employees to explain these concepts or adapt a streamlined approach. Either way you fail at your job, and I can extend a thank you to her for being the reason that myself, my father, and my mother are closing down our BOA accounts today. Good riddance. Hope your prideful power struggle works out in the future. Clearly if you have the ability to override and refuse to the one time you’re called out, you’re just being a jerk bc you think you’re entitled. Now you’ve lost customers."

"Elsie Henriquez is fantastic! She made things so easy, usually it's very busy here but she was quick! Only problem is Bank of America usually only has one teller for inside and outside transition! But Elsie made up for it!"
