"They were rude and insulting. They talk down to their customers. My mother got charged 3, yes 3, overdraft charges in 1 day. This was during the hurricane. They deducted $105.00 in charges from her account in 1 day. When they were called, my mother did not have a chance to say a word. They said we're not taking off the charges. This was also the time when her dog died, the manager responded, when my dog died I still was acting responsible I paid my bills. There needs to be training in customer service at the branches here in Fort Myers, because they have none. Keep in mind these were managers saying this stuff. Very very poor! Bad customer relations. Choose another bank."
