"Banks on just employees sucks. Never answer the phone. Absolutely horrible customer service"
"I am writing a new review from the one I wrote a year ago. I tried to establish a Power of Attorney account for an estate in September 2023 and got an inordinate amount of B.S. and paperwork. Then, the friend for whom I was POA passed away at the beginning of March and it took months to actually establish an estate bank account (I finally got the estate checks last week - FOUR months after his death). Then in June I tried to establish a Trust account and was denied due to paperwork that, although the State of Florida Certificate of Trust had a seal and I had sent copies of the death certificate, two EIN numbers, a copy of the Trust itself. I made an appointment online yesterday for today at 2:30 but, when I arrived, it seems someone else had the appointment. Did any of the other two personal bankers see me? No. The not-helpful-at-all staff member didn't care that I had driven thirty minutes. I am finished with this particular bank; just call me disgusted with unprofessionalism at this bank. I am sure that some other bank will be happy to open an account of over one million dollars. PATHETIC!"
"Title: Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Chase Bank I recently had a highly disappointing experience with a staff member at Chase Bank that I feel compelled to share. The incident occurred when I brought a customer to the bank, only to find it closed until 9 AM. Given the urgency of my customer's health issue, I decided to park my vehicle in front of the bank, specifically in the wheelchair access area, to ensure easy access once the bank opened. Upon the bank's opening, a lady emerged and promptly approached me, requesting that I move my vehicle as it was blocking the bank entrance. I understand the importance of maintaining clear access for everyone, but at that moment, there were no other customers present, and the bank had only been open for a few minutes. I had not intended to leave my car parked there for an extended period; I was simply waiting for the bank to open so my customer could enter. What truly disappointed me was the manner in which the lady approached the situation. Her tone was condescending, as if assuming I was unaware of the situation or intentionally causing inconvenience. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, she immediately accused me of blocking everyone's access. It felt as though she had no regard for my customer's urgent needs or the circumstances surrounding our presence. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when faced with unexpected situations. Unfortunately, this encounter left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. It is disheartening to encounter such rudeness within a reputable institution like Chase Bank. I hope that Chase Bank takes this incident as an opportunity to reevaluate their customer service training and ensure that their staff members approach situations with empathy and professionalism. No customer should be made to feel insignificant or ignorant for circumstances beyond their control. In conclusion, my experience at Chase Bank was marred by the rude behavior of a staff member. I sincerely hope that this review serves as a reminder for Chase Bank to prioritize customer service and train their employees to handle situations with tact and empathy."
"The bank manager was awesome (Cristina) . She has impeccable customer service skills; I had an issue at the bank which she resolved beyond my satisfaction. So much that I had to retract my previous review. Whatever it is that this employee has should be passed on to all others. I would like to thank her for helping me to feel at ease and comfortable!"
"Resubmitting my review since this branch tried to have it removed. We would not recommend this branch to anyone with a small business who's doing really well especially if you're a young entrepreneur. There's a teller there who racially profiled my son who has a business acct there, and even after complaining to the manager she was extremely unprofessional. I've just realized they had my review removed, I'll continue to put the review to hopefully save others from visiting this branch. We are taking our business elsewhere with a bank that loves and supports small businesses."
