"I went to the Wells Fargo and due to the way the street is structured, I had to turn at the light and then do a u-turn. I got about 7 minutes late to the appointment. I get there and sit down, someone comes up to me 3 minutes later and says I'm 10mins late, okay sure. I ask if they'll still be able to assist me and they say yes to give them 15mins, fair. 45 minutes later, I ask someone else because I've been waiting for 45mins. They tell me I was late and they won't assist me. I ask them why they didn't tell me when I first arrived, I would've been okay with it since I was late. They told me they couldn't turn back time. Needless to say, I am disgusted with their lack of professionalism and care for their customers. Wasting people's time and rude way of treating their customers. Seriously thinking about switching banks after this type of treatment. The bilingual bald guy was the one that made me wait, and some banker guy with black hair was the one that told me they can't turn back time."

"There is a way the whole world lists information by computer and it’s called the internet. On the internet many businesses list the hours they will be open. Many of these businesses update these hours so they are accurate. Unfortunately this branch prefers to kill trees and use a hunk of paper taped to their door. They leave their hours unchanged on the aforementioned internet making fools of people who checked the hours on the internet to make sure they are open before driving through a ****storm of event traffic. I used to think this branch was good. Now I do not. This branch should remove their hours listed on google maps and just leave their phone number."

"Lousy service at drive-thru. Waited 10 mins for a roll of quarters, dimes and nickles. Was the only one there and was in commercial lane. Told him the name of the business account but since I didn't have my account number he wanted me to wait. Won't ever use this branch anymore. South delprado and cape coral parkway. You guys suck there."
