"Went in to make a transaction. There was only one customer at the counter. Three windows but, only two employees. It took both of them to take care of the customer. Seems like OZK follows suit with all of the other businesses that do not have enough employees to help a line of customers. What's next? Self check out like Walmart, Aldi's, Race Track and so many others that provide zero customer service if they acknowledge you at all!?..... Even after the customer left they had me wait another 5 minutes before helping me! 20 min for service....."
