They've brought in leading edge tech with top notch patientcentric pros and a support staff that don't blame & shame instead the focus is on education, restoration and prevention. So grateful that I am able to access this world class network right here in St. Louis."
"It’s May 10th, at 2:30pm in the afternoon. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy that is marked open. It is closed and the voicemails are saying that the pharmacy is closed for a holiday. Please tell me what holiday is on May 10th? Because the banks and DMV are open and they close for everything. The on-call lines were no help and didn’t have any suggestions for me to get my prescription that I need today. Do not use this pharmacy."
"Almost the entire staff is very nice and welcoming , I would give five stars if they moved a little faster. My last appointment was at 2:30pm, I got there at 2:00pm but wasn’t seen until almost 3/3:15. There’s a lady at the front desk who is very snappy on the phone but is so sweet in person. Iasiah at the front desk is wonderful as well."
"Vivent Health is directly across the street from my office- we are "business neighbors" as well as friends- and I have become familiar with their cause and the work they do for our community and how much they truly care about the work they are doing- just wanted to give a true 5 star review from the bottom of my heart- these people are doing BIG things for our community and are the most lovely people you would ever meet!"
"I went in for an appointment and didn't know what to expect. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Most of that time was me running my mouth with the friendly assistant working with me. A true no judgment, non-preachy and honest facility dedicated to help you. They are not currently accepting walk-ins so request an appointment online. Easy access and parking was close."
