"I've been a customer of Bank OZK for years, and I can't say enough good things about the branch on Hancock Bridge Parkway. The staff is absolutely fantastic! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted like royalty—everyone knows my face and name. It’s such a personal touch that makes banking here a pleasure. What really sets this branch apart is their customer service over the phone. I never have to deal with an automated teller. When I call, a real person answers within seconds and provides immediate assistance. It's rare to find such a high level of service these days. I highly recommend the Bank OZK branch on Hancock Bridge Parkway for anyone looking for a bank that truly values its customers."

"I recently visited Bank OZK (Hancock Bridge Parkway) after noticing their sign inviting customers to "stop in today and check our CD rates." Eager to explore my options, I decided to drop by during my lunch hour. However, upon entering the branch, I was disheartened to find three or four associates standing idle with not a single customer in sight, neither in the offices nor at the teller line. To my surprise, instead of assisting me promptly, I was informed that I needed to make an appointment for inquiries about CD rates. Despite explaining my time constraints due to work, I was simply told to return the next day, as the staff expressed concerns about being "ambushed" by too many customers. Feeling frustrated by the lack of customer service and the discrepancy between the advertised availability and the actual service provided, I expressed my disappointment. It was evident that the branch was far from experiencing an "abundance" of customers, as suggested by their response. Ultimately, I opted to pursue CD options through my broker, as the inconvenience of returning the following day was not worth the effort. It was telling that even during my short absence to grab lunch next door, not a single customer entered the branch, further highlighting the disconnect between the bank's advertising and the reality of its service. Overall, my experience at Bank OZK left much to be desired, and I hope they consider improving their customer service and communication to better meet the needs of potential clients in the future."
