"Have never been treated so rudely by employees on 5/14/24. Asked for help to get shirts off top of rack. Employee cut eyes without speaking. Apologized to her when I didn’t buy because she was so rude about getting it. Rolled eyes at me then other employee defended her when I said something. Will NEVER go there again. If they allow employees to treat customers like dogs I’ll take my money elsewhere."

"Getting some clearance sale shirt for my daughter house clothes, my daughter is 7yrs old and accidentally grabbed the $26.98 shirt, I just realized it when we left the store, when i looked on my receipt one shirt i paid was full price, but immediately come back hoping to return it, I explained to her but the lady was so rude… she’s acting like “that’s not her problem”. They don’t accept return for clearance or sale! Fyi! The shirt that my daughter accidentally grabbed and I paid is not on sale, that’s the reason why i am trying to return it."

"I'm giving this 3 stars because while I love the product, the staff here on the day I visited was clearly not as bought in. My friend asked about a shirt she found on the clearance rack. We were told it was the only one, as we were leaving the store, we found a stack of that exact t-shirt. The same thing happened with another product we were looking at. We were told in a not so friendly way, "That's the last one we have and it's broken." When we walked to the other side of the display, there were 4 others. It's too small of a store to NOT know your inventory, especially when it's right there in front of you. I did purchase a t-shirt I was told was a final sale (it wasn't on clearance, so I'm not sure why. ). The person who was ringing me up was condescending in her tone of .. "You do realize you can't return this?" It was just an odd, bad experience all around. I'm sure they get tired of tourists coming in, but that doesn't give anyone the right to be rude. Sadly, I don't consider ourselves tourists as we're only about 1.5 hours away. We'll be going to a different location in the future. This one is a total disappointment and not what you expect from the Simply Southern brand."
