"today when i went to regions i was refused when i tried to withdrawl small amount of my money from a cashier check when i have been able to do so at this branch previously. would not recommend this bank and suggest that you steer clear. the staff is rude and honestly pretty ignorant. i have recieved counterfeit money from this bank before and have dealt with the embarrassment and shame of trying to pay for items with fake currency. i had the cops called on me for this and the bank refuses to acknowledge their wrong doings when brought up. not even a simple apology from them. The door to their safety deposit boxes is broken which causes a huge inconvenience when trying to access my safety deposit box. The manager is extremely rude and condescending to anyone who interacts with her . Im planning on taking my business else where and highly recommend you do so aswell, after all why trust a bank where you cant even withdrawl money from?"
"It's not this place inparticularly. ITS REGIONS AS A WHOLE!. I had an account with Regions in Ft Myers Florida for 6 years. I know we are supposed to have fraud protection. Our account got hit by fraudsters and even though we did everything we're supposed to they charged us anyway. So I go into our local bank and pay off everything and close the accounts and now one month later I get another charge. REGIONS IS Garbage."
"I've been a LONG-time customer. I used to love going into the branch and handling my business. So much, I recommended them to my family. The staff USE to know us, greet us by our name and be friendly. Now, the staff they have employed there is RUDE, SNARKY, UNMANNERLY, and DISRESPECTFUL. They treated my mother rude last month and it took all I had to not flip out on them, but my mom told me to stay calm. She told me she was going to close her accounts after that and not do any business with them and so she did. She closed all her accounts and her lock box. Due to the way we were being handled that day. The male banker motioned his hand as if he was calling a dog to come to the counter. Oh man, my blood was boiling at this point. Then the male banker and the drive-thru teller started bickering to each other about helping customers in the lobby. That was the icing on the cake. We quickly left. I unfortunately had to go in there the other day because "someone" requested my card to be cancelled and ordered a new one. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received it yet and that's my only access to the account unless I go in. So, I proceeded to go inside the other day. The male banker was now at a cubicle on the phone having the conversation of his life all kicked back. I decided not to interrupt him and go to the counter and inquire about getting a debit card printed. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THERE. The lady who I've had the terrible experience before was there again. I take a deep sigh. She never looks up and very rudely says "I'll be with you shortly" I nicely asked do I wait here, or do I sit down to get a card printed? She ignores me. I asked again nicely.... NEver looks up from screen.. So, now I'm mad. I did say it VERY loud to get my point across. Wouldn't you know, that got her attention. She didn't let me down though. With her belittling voice said "NO, NORTH FORT MYERS DOES". I wasn't even going to ask where that was. I stormed out of there fast as I could. I'm 90% sure I'm going to close all my personal accounts, business accounts and my lock boxes. I would NEVER treat a customer or anyone the way she/they do to customers. Bring back the old staff. They at least made customers feel important."
"Very friendly bank but Sidney Harrison who opened my account forgot to give me copies of my POD Beneficiary's papers I filled out! So I called him when I got home n he emailed them to me. All is good! Looking forward to many year's banking together."
