"First and foremost I am not the type of person to write reviews. But the way I was treated in this store concerns me as a customer. I go in and buy all of the supplies I need for my first semester at SCF. I was shown around by a young lady who was able to help me collect my list of supplies. When i asked her about information on the IPad Pro she didn’t understand the concept of differences in storage and models. I then ask if if she can find the keyboard along with the iPad I was purchasing and she gave me the wrong keyboard. I only found out it was the wrong keyboard after purchasing the item. I then came back to the store asking for an exchange of the device but was rejected. Mind you these are employees who are supposed to know what products they are selling to customers. I was pretty upset that my scholarship money was taken advantage of through bad management. They also explain that as a customer I am asked to do my own research… clearly I am not the one needed to do research if I’m the one who brought up this issue. If your purchasing electronics do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."
"This review is based on customer service. Christina kept interrupting me and was coming off condescending. She answered my questions but I was left feeling more frustrated than helped. I will know longer be purchasing my books here due to this experience."
"Totally mismanaged. While I was waiting almost an hour for a print of a product key, two employees argued over who had to ring out a customer trying to purchase 2 books and a cup. Inept staff. But hey at least you can read your horoscope. Really glad to see tuition money is going to that instead of employee training."
"Order off of Amazon instead of coming here. More efficient, better customer service, and product will arrive on time unlike the scf bookstore. Their protocols are backwards and inconsistent. Management needs to change or close the bookstore completely. I would put zero out of zero but there's no option for that. -Karen"
