"I just wanted to brag on Beverly in the front office. She went above and beyond for me today. When I first called and told her why I was calling she apologized for the mixup and sent a message to whom it needed to go to. She then said that if I didn’t get a response by 4pm this afternoon to call back and ask for her and she would take care of it. I called back and she did just that. She must’ve stayed on the phone with me for at least 20 mins communicating with myself and my dr’s assistant. She answered any questions I had and made sure that my problem was handled before we hung up. She didn’t have to, but she did. It’s people like her that show that they truly care that means soo much. Thank you again ma’am for your time, patience and care. It’s appreciated more than you know."

"Five stars for my provider but zero stars for communication. The office is crazy busy, but staff were able to get me back on time. Despite a few interruptions from staff during my consult, my provider listened well and did all the right things. Since my visit however, and aside from vague provider notes posted to the patient portal, I have been unable to speak with any clinical staff regarding my abnormal bloodwork to get straight answers to my questions. A front office girl telling me to go gluten free because it makes us feel heavy or another gal not able to pronounce my medication or remember how many times I day I take it is just absurd. At this point everyone’s time is wasted for a call that would have taken 5 minutes with either the provider or a clinical staff person. Instead I was offered another appointment time a week out to try and finally understand bloodwork done 3 weeks ago. I was so hopeful I had finally found the provider I needed, but unfortunately, the practice has placed patient volume over quality of care as so many have."

"Because many people in Good Hope recommended this place We stopped in to see what they were like and to learn more about their wellness programs. Part of the reason why we did this in person was to see how well they would deal with the deaf. The young lady at the front desk was friendly but not understanding or very accommodating for the deaf. I asked her to remove her mask so that we could read her lips but she didn't. Things went downhill from there so we will be moving on to a more deaf-friendly practice. It's a shame because I am sure the doctors are very good."

"The staff is ALWAYS so caring and sweet. Mrs Kathy is amazing and so caring. She always goes above and beyond. Amber is simply the BEST you could not ask for a better person! I have been going to Dr Plaster’s office for years. All the way back to the Social Circle days. I base my insurance on the fact that this office takes it. I trust them so much I have 7 family members that have switch to them and one good friend of mine. If you’re looking for a Dr’s office that will welcome you like family OUR FAMILY HEALTH CENTER is the place to go."

"The Dr. & Staff at OFH is beyond Amazing. My family and I have been going to them for over 3 years. They have been growing and expanding for a while and I’m excited to see the new accommodations and services. I have seen Dr.Plaster, Dr. Michael, Dr Kirkland, and one other (which as soon as I remember her name I’ll edit this) and I can say without a doubt that I’d be comfortable and would trust any of them. Their app makes it very easy to check in to your appointment, get/view results, and request your meds in a timely manner. Btw the New urgent care/clinic is gorgeous and inviting."
