"Very disappointed with the service at this branch. My teenager, who is working on doing her things independently, opened a checking account online and had everything completed the night before, however she had to go to a branch and show her ID and I assume sign something. A process that shouldn’t take long at ALL. She went yesterday July 16th and arrived at 1530 and was told that they only had one person available that complete those tasks and they were not taking any more clients (they close at 4pm) She arrived today at the same location at 1520 and was turned around again by the same female employee. It is very disappointing that they are turning people around when they are still open and providing service: I understand they are near their closing time, however if they need to stay a little longer to provide excellent service. Specially with a teenager who is very nervous and just needs guidance."
