Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"I have been using this bank for close to 15 years..I usually don't make negative reviews but this case deserves it..my pay check gets put on a debit card every 2 weeks..I go to the bank to take money off of it...it is a new card..I just used it the day before..my pay was put on it midnight of 8/16..I went there today 8/16 to get money off of it for bills..they put all my information it and slide my card it came up declined.i asked them if my information was put in correctly and to try it again...they refused..I went out to ATM and tried it. It worked just fine...got my cash I needed..nothing wrong with my card or account...it was clearly the teller neglect at the bank"

"Honestly, I do not want to even give this location 1 star. My uncle went to cash his check and the bank teller Dora cheated him $100 dollars. Due to medical reasons he was having blurred vision. When the teller counted the money back she said it was 100 less than the check actually stated and only counted out that amount out to him. He asked for a receipt and he was told they don't give receipt for cashed checks. He then proceeded to the area where customers fill out the deposit or withdraw forms and again counted 100 short. We went in today to try and talk to Ruben about the situation. He only wanted to show us that my uncle confirmed the amount said on the check but refused to check the cameras and basically said I had to get a lawyer to veiw them. Taking advantage of your elderly as a team, you all should be ashamed."

"If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Left texts, emails, and voicemails. EIGHT in all. Nobody ever got back to me. IMPOSSIBLE to speak to any human being on the customer service line, either. Unbelievably terrible service. Obviously good customer service is not on the agenda here. Redirecting unsatisfied customers to BOFA twitter or facebook page is a total cop- out and another useless dead end. Do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs."

"Me And My boyfriend went to set up an appointment. and there was a hispanic man trying to tell the woman(the worker) what he needed with google translate. And this lady was being extremely rude. so we helped him because we are hispanic also. and then she was rude to us. Talked to us like we are dumb. and told us to wait. We were waiting and a lady came in to set an appointment just like we were trying to do. And the woman that works there ‘Kimberly’ took that lady before us. we ended up walking out. very terrible customer service will not be returning to this location again!."

"I don't normally write reviews but since we had read such bad reviews prior to going to this bank and found our experience completely opposite of those reviews, I felt compelled to share our experience. On a busy Saturday, we walked in for an unscheduled appointment and were told it may be a iong wait as they were booked for three weeks with Saturday appointments but since my 16-year old son was anxious to open his first checking account, we decided to wait. The manager was very professional and courteous, and even offered a few appointment times later in the week. But since my work hours are also banker's hours, Saturdays are best for me. After only waiting maybe 15-20 minutes, we were seated with a nice young lady who not only established my son's account but she took the time to explain everything to him. This was a great experience and these people deserve all 5 stars!"
