"I used to visit this shop almost every day. There was a young girl who worked there, a charming redhead whose name I can't recall, but she had the best customer service I've ever experienced. Her coffee was always perfect, and I trusted her completely to make any type of coffee for me. Another excellent server there is a young man named Zack, who also does a fantastic job. However, I would feel quite discouraged when neither she nor Zack was working when I arrived. The coffee would often turn out disappointing—either watered down or just not up to the standard she set. Seeing Zack was a rare occurrence due to my work schedule, but when I did, it brought me some comfort. It's a shame that someone who had such a great rapport with customers, made the environment welcoming, and knew how to make the perfect coffee is no longer working there. I've tried giving the benefit of the doubt and ordered coffee from the other staff members, but it never matches the quality of what she or Zack used to make. The new staff could really use some training. I'm not saying that every coffee they make is bad, but when it comes to mine, it's simply not good. I understand what it's like to work in customer service, so I still tip and head to work, but over time, I've lost the desire to keep going there. Those two young people know how to make a customer feel comfortable and carry great conversation while always doing their work to ensure best customer service."

"There’s so much more than coffee here! They even have freeze-dried candy made locally. Our drinks were delish and the service was fabulous. My ONLY qualm were the seats.Very uncomfortable. I’ll just bring a cushion next time."

"I was so in love with this place. But one of the employees don’t be making the drinks right. I’m just going to call “her”. I use to go here atleast 3xs a week since I found them about a yr ago. Then they hired “her” and she is just not putting forth the love and effort of making the drinks correctly. I remember when the guy was training her the correct way and still she makes them how she wants and it’s not the same. But overall the atmosphere is great."

"My husband and I love this coffee shop so much. We drop the kids off at daycare most Saturday mornings and will make Beansweet our first stop. The staff is so friendly. There are always new flavors to choose from and they are always delicious! And I love that they will often have Bible verses at the front. There are a lot of things I choose not to spend my money on, but I feel good supporting this local business"

"BeanSweet Coffee Shop is such a cute place! This place has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect place to take a breather, and enjoy a awesome treat and drink! Indoor seating seems that it may be a little cramped if the place gets super busy, but outdoor seating is available as well. No need to worry about parking, there is plenty of parking available to visit this sweet spot! BSCS have a great location, it is easy to find! I ordered a hot vanilla latte with cinnamon syrup, and a cheese danish; they were perfect, and paired well together. The latte wasn't too sweet and had a really good balance of flavor; the cheese danish was slamming - it was fresh, soft and fluffy with good flavor without being super sweet! The barista was very courteous, and she had our order ready in no time... I'm excited about my next visit to BeanSweet!"
