"Formerly a decent bank, but every good employee has either retired or quit. Business banker John is a moron; Unhelpful, unresponsive, and unable to assist with even basic requests. After speaking with his boss Daniel, it’s easy to see why this bank has so many problems. Looking forward to having our accounts at another institution with great business banking. This place is a joke."

"I have been using this bank and this specific location for years. I couldn't be more happy. Nadine, John, Lynne, Maxine and the rest of the staff are amazing! Every experience I have had has been positive. If there were issues with anything all I had to do was call and Nadine made sure that things were handled. She is extremely kind and caring. This always makes someone feel good when they come in or call. Please know that this is greatly appreciated and I wouldn't want to use another bank! Thank you all for being so kind and helpful!"

Now that I’m almost 80 I obviously can’t remember ‼️ To make matters worse is that I’m on vacation in Central America and happened bad internet connection. The staff at my ocean springs Bank is the only positive and helpful group of young ladies."

However they hired a new girl and ever since then it has made me not want to go there because she is rude, unkind, and never smiles.
