"2/5/24 Lowered the rating further because only reason I even lookup the bank physical hours is for notary services and this place never has an appointment available. If you don’t provide notary services or don’t want to - please take your site off the scheduler page. Changing this to a lower rating now as of 1/10/23. For the few times I go here now, this last weeks experience makes me more to not go there. Went to notarize a single form and was told the notary was not available for the rest of the day. No effort whatsoever to see if they could squeeze me in or something; said everything is by appt now. It’s such an inconvenience now that everything has to be preplanned and walk ins are not just the norm. And the staff attitude was not very accommodating either- seemed to think that why even entertain free loaders if they don’t have to. You don’t have to be an account holder to get things notarized here but they wouldn’t know unless someone asks. Anyways, even though the next door UPS store charges $10 to do it - will just go there without taking all this trouble to call up and plan for our mundane things in life. The 5 star one is below: Went to get a document notarized and Sophie, the branch manager was completely awesome. Really welcoming, warm and a very pleasant customer service attitude. Keep it up Sophie!"

"I wanted to close a business account, I walk in and they turn me away saying they are too busy to assist me and call customer service. I came in the store to avoid calling costumer service."

"Incredibly rude woman working the counter at this location Saturday February 13th. Being new to Florida I came to open a checking and a savings account as my current bank is not located in this state. I would have proceeded to then transfer my entire savings to Wells Fargo, my trigger event being that I just purchased a lot of land and am set to proceed with a new construction home. I would have subsequently requested a mortgage / loan officer to walk me through the Wells Fargo process. That being said, I was told at the counter that in order to open an account I would have needed to make an appointment. I could see a person to the office on my right sitting and available. She was behind the counter, as was someone else working the window. It couldn’t be more apparent that this branch had zero interest in assisting me due to me coming in an hour before their closing time. I walked out of their branch and proceeded to call Chase who is right down the street. No appointment necessary, they’re currently setting me up with a checkings, savings, as well as giving me information on their mortgage options. One rude employee effects all other elements of the business."
