"Crema is the best! I LOVE my eggs to be crispy and they do it so well!!!! (i’m like a freak about how my eggs are cooked) and I have NEVER had anything less than the best experience here! I come to do a lot of my homework or hang out with friends here and the baristas are all amazing, funny, friendly and make it such an enjoyable place to hangout and get a sweet little treat for yourself!! Whoever hired these baristas 10/10 chefs kiss!!!!!! The coffee is DELICIOUS, the seasonal drinks are well thought out and meticulously crafted to perfection! As long as i’m in Tyler, Crema WILL be my fave coffee shop!!!"

"This is my favorite coffee shop. Loyal customer since 2022. The coffee is FANTASTIC and the food ( ALL GLUTEN FREE) is delicious! I don't like to leave a poor review but I did not see a place on the website to contact a manager directly so hopefully someone will see this review and look into some things. It seems that the last several months, every single time we go in, multiple items are not available. Considering a grocery store is next door, it seems unusual to be out of things like cream cheese or avocado. I understand being out of some of the Gluten Free items occasionally, but more often than not when I go in for a breakfast biscuit or a bagel, they are out and for someone who has to eat gluten free, this is an extra blow because no other coffee shops in the area have an entirely GF menu. It also seems the staff has been struggling. I understand long wait times at coffee shops ( although it has gotten a bit worse in recent months), but our last two visits we had orders taken incorrectly, and received incorrect food/drink items. I really hope the supply/inventory issue is looked into because there really is not a reason to be consistently out of the so many items. Half the food menu is not available every time we visit. I worry if these issues continue, this shop will eventually fall out of favor and not last much longer and it really is the best shop in town for the items they provide, they just need to work on keeping inventory and fine tuning staff."

"Great coffee and treats, we love the bacon egg bites so much! We are not a fan of how the line is always way too long with slow service. Not sure if they need an increase in staff, but sometimes we leave the line because it is taking so long. In addition we found it weird how they hand the entire pay device for you to hold in your car…most coffee places take your card rather than handing you the machine. Not trying to be a germ weirdo but that’s 50+ people all holding the same dirty device in their car every day."

"Coffee was amazing and a lot less than top chain coffee shops. They have a drive thru and when I arrived had about 4 cars in front of me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Loved it!"
